New Year, New Post

Lost about 5 lbs because of Delhi Belly. Good times.
Worked out 5x last week.

Soccer game, 2 x 40 min runs, football & topped it off with a Friday night basketball run. Haven't shot in a year, really rusty but felt good.

Need to concentrate on the diet, been eating like crap lately.

Looking to buy some CrossFit equipment to put in my garage.
