Oh Kelly...

I was truly nervous before starting this workout. Really daunting when you look at what you have to do on the board. But it went alright, mang. I'm really glad I did it.

Five rounds for time of:
Run 400 meters
30 box jump, 24 inch box
30 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball

After this, helped out the Women's Rugby team with a scrimmage and some drills. Solid workout there too. All in all, a great workout day.

However, ate pizza after this at the group meeting. How sad.
